Important information
- Children aged 0-16 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs.
- Smoking is not permitted.
- The penguin boat ride is accessible to guests who can board unaided and sit upright without assistance. Mobility devices must be left with staff during the ride.
- During school holidays, it is recommended to book your preferred entry time in advance. The relevant booking link will be provided with your ticket.
- Please show your smartphone ticket directly at the entrance.
