Program Description
Set against the historic cityscape of Graz, Kunsthaus Graz stands out immediately with its bold and unusual shape. Since opening in 2003, it has become one of the city’s most recognisable architectural landmarks.
The museum was created as part of Graz’s European Capital of Culture celebrations and is dedicated to contemporary art. Inside, you can explore a range of vibrant exhibitions, from permanent displays to changing presentations that showcase different sides of contemporary creativity.
Kunsthaus Graz is part of the extensive Universalmuseum Joanneum and is a joint project of the Province of Styria and the City of Graz. Its distinctive design makes the building itself just as memorable as the art displayed inside.

- Reduced tickets are available on site for school pupils, apprentices, students under 27, conscripts and those performing civilian service.
