Program Description
Visit the Danube Tower (Donauturm), Austria's tallest structure and one of Vienna's most iconic landmarks. In just 35 seconds, a high-speed lift will take you to the top, where breathtaking panoramic views of Vienna, the Danube and the surrounding countryside await.
Standing 252 metres tall, the tower has been a symbol of modern Vienna since its opening in 1964. From the observation deck, you'll enjoy spectacular views of the city's most famous landmarks while taking in a unique perspective of the Austrian capital.
Make the most of your visit with a stop at the revolving café, where you can experience Vienna's famous coffee house culture while enjoying traditional pastries and freshly brewed coffee. As the café slowly rotates, you'll admire ever-changing views from 160 metres above the ground. Even on rainy days, the glass-enclosed indoor viewing deck offers stunning panoramic scenery.
For those looking for an extra thrill, the tower also features a slide from the observation level, available for an additional fee.
