Program Description
The Schönbrunn Palace complex is best explored at your own pace. With your Panoramabahn Schönbrunn Express ticket, you'll enjoy unlimited rides throughout the day, making it easy to discover the highlights of one of Vienna's most beautiful UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The train travels through the 160-hectare palace park, stopping at nine convenient stations along the route. Hop on and off as often as you like while exploring the gardens, historic landmarks and scenic viewpoints at your leisure.
The route includes Gloriette Hill, where you'll enjoy spectacular views over Schönbrunn Palace and its magnificent gardens, as well as the impressive Neptune Fountain, one of the park's most recognisable landmarks. An onboard audio guide is also available, offering fascinating insights into the history of the Schönbrunn complex.
The palace grounds are also home to Schönbrunn Zoo, the world's oldest zoo, founded in 1752 as an imperial menagerie.
