Program Description
An unforgettable winter journey to one of the most spectacular places in North America awaits you. This tour is more than just sightseeing – it’s a complete Niagara Falls winter experience, perfect for those who want to see this iconic destination from a completely different perspective.
The tour begins with a coach departure from Toronto, taking you on a scenic drive to Niagara Falls. The journey itself is a chance to relax and ease into the experience ahead.
Your first stop introduces you to local flavours during a tasting of Canadian specialities. You’ll sample authentic maple syrup and artisan chocolate while learning how maple sap is transformed into one of Canada’s most recognisable symbols.
Next, you’ll find yourself right beside the mighty Horseshoe Falls. Standing on the observation decks, you’ll feel the force of nature up close, and those who wish can join the Journey Behind the Falls, descending deep into the rock to walk to observation platforms hidden just behind the cascading water (additional fee).
After this exciting experience, you’ll have free time to explore the area at your own pace. A warm meal in a cosy setting will help you recharge.
As night falls, the Winter Festival of Lights begins. Accompanied by your guide, you’ll travel along the scenic Niagara Parkway and through the picturesque Dufferin Islands, where illuminated displays reflect beautifully on the calm water, creating a magical setting perfect for photos.
The tour concludes with free time on Clifton Hill, the most vibrant and brightly lit area of Niagara Falls. On selected evenings, the experience culminates in a fireworks display over the falls, providing a spectacular finale to this unforgettable journey.
At the end of the program, you’ll return to Toronto by coach, with time to relax, reflect on the day, and enjoy the city lights once more.
The order of sightseeing and the program may be subject to change.
