- You must board & alight at Tung Chung or Ngong Ping Terminal.
- Cable cars depart every 3-7 min.
- Not suitable for pregnant women, people with acrophobia, chronic diseases, claustrophobia.
- Have your smartphone voucher scanned at the redemption window for online tickets.
- Bags over 48x34x23cm or 4kg are not allowed (storage available at Tung Chung Terminal for an extra fee).
- Disabled guests can approach the Guest Services Operators to be escorted to the elevator at Mei Tung Street.
- Service may be suspended due to inclement weather, and opening hours may vary during festive seasons.
- No eating or drinking in the cabin, with the exception of water.
- Free entry for kids aged 0-2.
