- The Royal Collection of Coins and Medals galleries are temporarily closed due to renovation works.
- The Children's Museum closes daily at 4:30 pm.
- Visitors under 18 years of age can enter free of charge. Please collect a free ticket from the reception desk.
- Present your smartphone ticket at the museum entrance.
- Tripods are not permitted.
- Personal pushchairs are not allowed inside the museum. Pushchairs are available to borrow free of charge on site.
- Backpacks and large bags are not permitted inside the museum.

- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
