Program Description
Join a relaxing cruise along one of the most beautiful stretches of Lesbos' coastline. This is a wonderful opportunity to admire the stunning scenery of the Aegean Sea, visit a traditional Greek fishing village, and experience the authentic atmosphere of the island's northern coast.
In the morning, you will set sail from the ports of Petra or Molivos and head towards the charming village of Skala Sikaminias. As you cruise along the northern coastline of Lesbos, you will enjoy spectacular views of rugged shores, secluded coves, and the crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
Upon arrival in Skala Sikaminias, you will have free time to explore this picturesque seaside village at your own pace. Stroll around the traditional fishing harbour, visit the local church, or relax in one of the waterfront tavernas while enjoying Greek specialities and views of colourful fishing boats gently bobbing in the harbour.
One of the village's most iconic landmarks is the Panagia Gorgona Chapel, beautifully perched by the sea. The chapel gained fame through the novel of Greek writer Stratis Myrivilis and remains a beloved symbol of the area, attracting visitors looking to discover the authentic character of Lesbos.
After your time in Skala Sikaminias, you will begin the return cruise. Along the way, you can once again admire the breathtaking coastal landscapes of northern Lesbos, providing the perfect ending to a peaceful day at sea.
