Explore Luxembourg by electric bike and decide for yourself where the day takes you. The city's network of cycle paths allows you to combine lively urban areas with quieter green spaces, while electric assistance makes it easier to cover longer distances.
Once you have collected your e-bike, set off on an independent ride and discover the city at your own pace. Stop whenever you wish, choose the routes that interest you and use your bike as a convenient way to reach different parts of Luxembourg.
Your rental includes a helmet and access to a free app featuring a city map and information about local highlights. Use it to plan your route and choose the places you would like to visit along the way.
An electric bike is a convenient option for exploring both city streets and parks and green spaces. The electric assistance reduces the effort required while cycling, giving you more freedom to focus on discovering the surroundings.
The collection point is located close to Luxembourg city centre and can be reached by car or bus. Once you have picked up your bike, the rest of the day is yours - choose your route and explore Luxembourg's green capital on two wheels.
Important information
- Please proceed to the meeting point indicated on your voucher to collect your bicycle.
- Bicycle collection is available between 10:00 and 11:00.
- Upon arrival, please present your digital voucher on your smartphone to the staff.
- The bicycle must be returned by 16:45 on the same day.
- E-bike delivery to an address of your choice is available for an additional fee. Please contact the supplier at the email address provided in your booking details to arrange this service.
- Last admission is 5 minutes before closing.
Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- Your voucher contains all key information, such as pickup times and meeting points.
- Use the digital voucher on your mobile device or print it for convenience. Be sure to reach the pickup point 15 minutes ahead of time to avoid delays and ensure a smooth start to your tour.

All obligations related to the performance of the contract lie with the Provider. As a party to the contract, the Provider bears sole responsibility for the proper execution of the service. SeePlaces, as the provider of the online platform, facilitates the Client's conclusion of a contract with the Provider, including enabling reservations and payments to the Provider. SeePlaces is not responsible for the content of the offer or the manner in which it is carried out by the Provider. Any complaints related to the services provided by the Provider should be submitted directly to the Provider or via SeePlaces at the following email address: [email protected]. SeePlaces will then promptly forward your concerns to the Provider. If any comments or concerns arise during the performance of the contract by the Provider, they can be reported at the location where the tourism service is provided.
