Discover Amsterdam from the perspective of its famous canals and explore the city at your own pace. The Hop-On Hop-Off ticket gives you access to the boat service for 24 or 48 hours, allowing you to travel conveniently between different parts of the city.
As you cruise along the canals, enjoy views of Amsterdam from the water and experience the relaxed atmosphere that makes its waterways such an essential part of the city's character. It's a great way to take a break from walking while still enjoying the sights from a different perspective.
The route includes 7 stops, where you can hop off and rejoin the boat as often as you like during your ticket's validity. Choose a 24- or 48-hour ticket and plan your sightseeing at your own pace.

Important information
- Children under 4 can join free of charge.
- The ticket is valid for 24 or 48 hours, depending on the selected option.
- You can hop on and off at any boat stop:
- Central Station (East),
- Gassan Diamonds,
- Hermitage Museum,
- Albert Cuyp Market,
- Rijksmuseum,
- Central Station (West).
- The first boat departs from Central Station (East) at 09:15.
- Boats depart approximately every 25 minutes.
- The last departure from Central Station is at 19:00 (17:15 from 1 November to 20 March).
- The full loop takes approximately 100 minutes.
- Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.
- Please show your smartphone ticket at the entrance.
- Departure times may vary depending on the season. It is recommended to check the City Sightseeing Amsterdam App for current routes, departure times and live tracking.
Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
- Show your voucher to the local representative, who will issue your entrance ticket, or contact the tour operator for help (contact details are in your confirmation email and on the voucher).
