- Meet your guide at Cobra Café on Museumplein 15 minutes before the tour starts. Your guide will be holding an orange umbrella for easy recognition.
- The tour ends at the Van Gogh Museum Gift Shop.
- Large backpacks, bags, suitcases, trolleys (larger than 45 × 25 × 25 cm), rolling suitcases of any size and other large items, such as folding bikes, are not permitted inside the museum.
