- EU citizens must present a valid original ID card or passport. Copies are not accepted.
- Non-EU citizens must present and carry a valid original passport throughout the visit. National ID cards are not accepted.
- Driving licences are not accepted as proof of identity.
- Guests without a valid original identification document will not be admitted.
- Do not go to the main entrance. Please meet your guide at the designated meeting point.
- Your guide will be wearing a Tiqets T-shirt and cap.
- Please show your smartphone voucher to your guide.
- Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are prohibited inside the Palace.
- You may bring drinks in plastic or glass bottles.
- For security reasons, leaving the guided group or the designated route during the tour is not permitted.
Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
- Show your voucher to the local representative, who will issue your entrance ticket, or contact the tour operator for help (contact details are in your confirmation email and on the voucher).
