Program Description
Spend an unforgettable day at Bronx Zoo, one of the largest and most renowned zoos in the world. As you explore the zoo, you'll encounter majestic lions and zebras on the African Plains, birds of prey, colourful tropical species and many other animals from different continents. Step into JungleWorld, where a lush rainforest setting is home to exotic wildlife, or visit the Children's Zoo, where younger visitors can meet friendly farm animals, prairie dogs, fennec foxes and North American porcupines up close.
Don't miss the enchanting Butterfly Garden, where hundreds of butterflies fly freely around a beautifully landscaped environment. For even more fun, hop aboard the Zoo Shuttle to travel easily between the zoo's different areas, enjoy a ride on the Bug Carousel, or explore elevated walkways and nature trails on the Nature Trek.

Important information
- Animal exhibits close 30 minutes before the zoo closes.
- Last admission is 45 minutes before closing time.
- Congo Gorilla Forest offers free admission from January to March.
- Children aged 0-3 can enter free of charge.
- Strollers are available for an additional fee.
- Reduced-price tickets for visitors aged 65+ are available on site.
- Wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
- There are no luggage storage facilities at the zoo.
- Tickets are non-transferable and not valid for resale.
- Re-entry is not permitted.
- From 3 November 2025 to 2 April 2026, the following attractions will be closed:

- Zoo Shuttle
- Dinosaur Safari
- Not suitable for wheelchair users
Vouchers
- You'll receive your voucher via email, immediately after booking.
- To gain entry, you'll need to exchange it for the actual entrance ticket.
- Show your voucher to the local representative, who will issue your entrance ticket, or contact the tour operator for help (contact details are in your confirmation email and on the voucher).
