Program Description
Leave the tourist trails behind and discover the authentic Dominican Republic on an exciting safari through the island's tropical countryside. This adventure combines spectacular scenery, local culture and unforgettable experiences.
Travel through sugar cane, coffee and cocoa plantations, passing a local school, a traditional village and a Dominican farm, where you will gain an insight into everyday life on the island.
During the excursion, you will visit a traditional Dominican countryside home, where you will taste exotic fruits along with locally produced coffee or hot chocolate.
The adventure continues at a ranch, where you will enjoy a traditional Dominican lunch before setting off on a horseback ride. Afterwards, relax and swim at an unspoilt beach, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Caribbean coast. A drink is included during the boat trip.

An absolutely excellent tour. Kasia has a wealth of knowledge about the Dominican Republic and is able to convey it in an engaging way. We were picked up at our hotel in a unique, colorful bus with a thatched roof. Along the way, we had the opportunity to sample local wine and rum, dance, and sing. A visit with a shaman, a cigar tasting and rolling session, cutting and sampling sugarcane, a bit of history, a bit of culture—this tour truly encompassed everything you could wish for. A very unconventional trip, focusing on experiencing the Dominican Republic from the inside, away from the seaside resorts. I was delighted. I`ve been on many optional tours, in different countries and on different continents. This one was definitely the best. I recommend it!
